By accessing or using Security Reviewer products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. License

Subject to the terms of your license agreement, Security Reviewer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. See the EULA for full license terms.

3. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; remove any proprietary notices; or use the software to develop competing products.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Security Reviewer products are owned by Security Reviewer Srl. No rights are transferred to you except as expressly stated in your license agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Security Reviewer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tuscany, Italy.
